Klang
Villa was completed in January 2007 featuring 4
deluxe bedrooms each with own en suite bathroom, in
room safe, LCD-TV/DVD. Beds are king-size double
beds and can sleep up to 8 guests.
Further amenities are two living
rooms with 42’’ LCD-TVs, WIFI-internet in whole
villa with MP3 docking stations in each bedroom, in
the living room, the pavilion and a
notebook-computer in the upper living room. A
Nintendo Wii electronic game box incl. games is in
the living room.
The dining room can sit up to 12
guests. Two connecting and very private swimming
pools, sun deck with deck chairs, shaded pavilion
with sofa and easy chairs and the lush tropical
garden makes you feel like being in paradise.
LOCATION
Klang Villa is located in a private residence area
with own security between Pattaya and upscale
Jomtien beach. Jomtien beach is in walking distance
(about 8 min or by Baht-bus 3 min) and nightlife in
Jomtien complex is a 5 minutes walk away.
In addition you will find six restaurants in the
vicinity of the residential area which is on the
Baht-bus-route to Pattaya.
SERVICES INCLUDED
- accommodation
- light breakfast (bottled water, tee, coffee, sugar
milk will be supplied by Klang Villa, fruit basket
on arrival which will be replenished every second
day)
- daily maid and pool/garden boy, min. one of them
will be on duty till 4 pm
The villa is self-catered but staff will help guests
on first day to transport groceries to the villa.
Kitchen is fully equipped (will be cleaned by maid)
with additional microwave, coffee maker and tea
kettle.
A washing machine is available, maid will do light
ironing. Further services on request and against
compensation.
RATES, TERMS, CONDITIONS
Rate for whole villa (partial rental not possible)

For extended stays - starting with min. 7 nights -
1 night free stay will be granted per 7
nights stay - up to 4 free nights - 28 nights stay.
Longer rentals on request.
Rates
include service fees and prevailing government
taxes.
Minimum
rental period in low season
3 nights
In high season
4 nights
If a
booking is requested within one week prior to
arrival the minimum-stay-rule might be waived.
An
initial deposit of 50% of rental total is due on
confirmation by bank transfer (cost to be borne by
paying party) within 5 working days after receipt of
confirmation.
Rest
payment plus a damage-deposit of THB 15,000.- is due
60 days prior to arrival.
If
booking is requested within 60 days of arrival full
rental amount plus the deposit is due on
confirmation of booking as above.
The
damage-deposit covers eventual damages to the villa.
It will be refunded in cash
on check-out if there are no damages,
if damages exceed the amount of the deposit guests
are expected to pay excess in cash.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
If cancellation is made before 60 days prior to
arrival 50% of received deposit will be refunded.
If
rest payment is not received on dates due initial
deposit will not be refunded and booking will be
cancelled.
If
booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to
arrival no refund for rental fees but full refund
for damage-deposit.
GENERAL
Check in time is 13.00 h and check-out time 11.00 am.
If there are no other bookings, Klang Villa can be
flexible on this.
Klang
Villa is not set up to accommodate children but they
are welcome nevertheless. Parents are requested
however to make sure they can swim and are
supervised all the time.
Children have to use existing bedding, there are no
extra beds available. Maximum per room 2 adults and
1 child under age of 6.
We
strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurances.
Klang
Villa is hereby held harmless by any party from all
claims related to use of the villa (especially
surroundings of pools and wooden decks can be
slippery when wet) or locally procured services.
Each
bedroom has it’s own safe so neither Klang Villa nor
it’s staff is responsible for any loss or damage of
guest’s valuables and property.
This
agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of
Thailand, disputes shall be tried in a Thai court.
Your
payment signifies your acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
